Refund and Return Policy

At devicekits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Opened software or digital goods.

  • Damaged items due to misuse.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at info@devicekits.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at info@devicekits.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit account.

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
